Death Shroud for a Ship is an immersive installation that plays with light, strobe, fog, a death shroud, and digital projection to metaphorically complete the construction of a ship that was unfinished by the artists’ grandfather.
This work sits within a new series called Celestial Bodies, bringing together the sea and the cosmos as vast bodies that sit above and below an ascending, yet sinking ship.
